The 2024 DMCC Member Handbook is posted here and at the front of the main bathrooms at the club. There were a couple of changes to the rules and also some updates on fees posted here. In addition, all member and guest reservation email confirmations will contain information on any charges or fees pertaining to the reservation and use.

Guest Camping Fees: $80 first visit during camping season, $90 second visit or during holidays and events (3 night minimum). There is TOT tax on each night camping too.

Cabins will be: $140 + tax 2 night minimum or $150+ tax event or holiday 3 night minimum

During Easter, Memorial, Rodeo, July 4th, and Labor Day Weekends Day Guests will be charged $10 each to enter the club. Visiting over night guests on a campsite will be charged $10 per day during their stay.

Members who cancel their camping reservation within 7 days of the date of the reservation will be charged $50 cancellation fee for non event/holiday weekends and $100 for event/holiday weekends. This will be noted in the reservation email confirmation.

Once a member or guest has checked into a campsite for their camping stay they may not move to another campsite during their stay unless the move is necissitated by conditions or management.
