Members,

We are opening the club back up beginning May 21st to Member’s Only camping in their own self contained RVs. Below are a list of Safety Restrictions that are currently in place. We hope to be able to ease up on the restrictions as the County eases up on the SIP order. We will post here when certain restrictions are relaxed. We look forward to seeing everybody.

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS FOR DUNCANS MILLS CAMPING CLUB 

The following safety restrictions are being put in place for the safety of our members and staff during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Members must abide by these measures while camping at the club. We hope to ease these restrictions over time as we recover from this pandemic.

• Only members may make a reservation at the club at this time. No guests are allowed. Members must use their own RV with self-contained bathrooms. Only those within a member’s household may visit at this time.

• Reservations will only be made by email using our [email protected] Members are to stay in their vehicle at check in and wear a face mask. Club Staff will engage them at their vehicle wearing a facemask.

• Bathrooms, Clubhouses, Exercise Rooms, Spa, Sports Courts, Laundry, Cabin Rentals, Playground are all closed and off limits.

• Member must place their own garbage and recycled materials generated while using the Club in the main receptacles located on Club property. No Trash Pickup will available at this time.

• Members must social distance a minimum of 6’ and wear face masks when not at their own campsite. Members are not to congregate together at campsites. Each member’s campsite is to be utilized by the members who are at that campsite.

• Member agrees to hold harmless DMCC and its employees from any expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from member’s use of Duncans Mills Camping Club specifically related to COVID19.

• Member understands that violations of these restrictions will result in being asked to vacate club property. Member agrees to abide by these safety restrictions while camping at the club.
